One of the key criteria we look for in our homeownership program applicants is financial readiness. For many, this can be the most challenging obstacle in becoming a homeowner in our program or on the traditional market.
To help you succeed during application season and beyond, we’ve teamed up with Dominion Financial to create a financial education program!
Our next round of classes will begin August 25th!
Classes will be held once a month from 6-7 PM over Zoom and will focus on different topics relating to credit, debt reduction, and money management. This is a free program open to the public.
