Shape Up Your Finances!

We've teamed up with Dominion Financial to create a free financial education program for residents of Williamson and Maury Counties!

The Get Ready Class is a free, 6-month education series designed to help individuals and families in Franklin, TN and the surrounding area prepare to apply for homeownership through Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury. This program is open to anyone in our service area who dreams of owning a home but wants to strengthen their financial foundation first.

Each monthly session focuses on key areas of homebuyer readiness, including budgeting, managing debt, understanding credit, saving consistently, and organizing financial documents. Sessions are led by financial experts from Dominion Financial and are designed to be practical, supportive, and easy to follow, whether you're just starting to think about homeownership or actively working toward it.

Upon completion of the program, you will then be referred to Habitat's program to begin the application process for homeownership! Graduates leave the Get Ready Class with the tools, confidence, and financial readiness needed to take the next step toward owning a home in Franklin, TN, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Columbia, or anywhere across Williamson and Maury Counties.

Classes are typically each month, making it easy for participants throughout the Franklin, TN area to attend. Each session builds on the last, walking you step-by-step through the financial habits needed for long-term homeownership success.
