From swinging a hammer on his first Habitat build in Alabama to serving on our Finance Committee today, his passion for Habitat has been shaped by both personal experience and his family’s legacy of service. On the evening of February 7, 2025, Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury (HFHWM) hosted its annual Friends of Habitat dinner celebrating the impact of collaborative efforts in 2024. Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury joins the world in mourning the death of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and joins observances around the world to remember his life of service.

This November, six Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury (HFHWM) staff members joined forces with colleagues from Community Housing Partnership (CHP), including Habitat homeowner and CHP board member, Donta Brown, and shared attorney, Jack McCann, to contribute to this life-changing project.
