The Office & Homeowner Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, TN, responsible for supporting both administrative operations and homeowner-facing services.

This position manages day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining records, organizing files, facility oversite and coordinating schedules and meetings.

The specialist serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current homeowners, providing clear information about program requirements, application processes, and ongoing support needs. The role includes handling applications for programs, data entry tasks and documentation and assisting with reporting.

This team member collaborates with staff and volunteers, supports events and workshops, and helps ensure a welcoming, organized office environment that reflects HFHWM’s mission and values.

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven ReStore Deconstruction Manager to lead and grow our Deconstruction Services program. This position combines business development, project management, donor relations, volunteer leadership, and construction knowledge to expand a service that diverts quality building materials from landfills while generating revenue to support Habitat's mission.

The Deconstruction Manager is responsible for identifying and securing deconstruction opportunities, managing projects from initial assessment through completion, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring salvaged materials are safely delivered to the Habitat ReStore.

As a part-time ReStore Associate, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience while supporting a mission that matters. From assisting customers and processing purchases to organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and inviting, you'll play an important role in our day-to-day retail operations.

Every donated item sold at the ReStore helps fund Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury's work to build and repair homes for local families. You'll help give gently used furniture, appliances, home goods, and building materials a second life while turning those donations into real community impact.
