Jessica C.

Born and raised in Nashville, Jessica grew up in a close-knit family as the youngest of four children. Raised by her mother, a custodian, Jessica learned from an early age how to make the most of what you have. Her family never owned a home, making homeownership something she hoped to one day achieve for herself and her children.

Today, Jessica works as an auditor while also pursuing training at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, building skills that have helped her grow professionally and provide for her family.

Jessica is a proud mom to three children: Brody, 16, True, 9, and Kasia, 3. Whether she’s cheering on Brody at Friday night football games, watching True play Roblox and collect Squishmallows, or keeping up with Kasia’s latest adventures, her kids keep her busy and active. Their family loves to laugh, joke around, and simply enjoy spending time together. They also recently welcomed two Yorkie-poo puppies, Cash and Cane, to the family.

For Jessica, becoming a homeowner means more than having a place to live. It means creating a home where her family can make memories and build traditions of their own. She’s especially looking forward to celebrating holidays, hosting family gatherings, and decorating a space that truly belongs to them.

Homeownership will also bring something Jessica has longed for: stability. No more worrying about rent increases and no more noisy upstairs neighbors. Instead, she’ll have a place where her family can put down roots and feel at home.

Jessica describes herself as shy, a visual learner, someone who loves to laugh, and, above all, a mama bear. Her journey to homeownership is a reflection of that determination and drive to provide the best life for her family.
